San Sab began with one mission.

We wanted to create something different. Something centered around you!

Our story began when our Team came together 8 years ago. A collaboration of focused vision, passion, experience and drive. This was fused with the skill and understanding of what it takes to be the best in class. To commit, hustle and always strive to do better every single day for your customer.  To never let good be the enemy of great.  At San Sab we genuinely put our Team's fisrt and work really hard to create a very special place to work.  San Sab is about inclusivity and all are welcome to share our spaces!

Our Teams of all native Thai chefs are lead by our Head Chefs, Dechnaro, Oaphat and Desha  Amazing, dedicated leaders.  Together our Thai kitchen teams cook everything fresh to order, from scratch. This we promise you is never ever compromised.  Everything is prepared and created on the premises. We have dishes on our menu that are truly authentic and unique to San Sab.  We work with amazing supply partners, some of which are local family businesses.  We never compromise on quality or portion sizes.  We never compromise on honesty and integrity.  Only operating with integrity will it lead to longevity.

We officially fired up our woks in Drumcondra in November 2017 and since then Zoë has steered the team to great success, expanding to three locations.  With over 25 years of hospitality leadership she strongly believes that any business is about the people who drive it. "Behind every great meal is a great person. Sucess isn't built only on recipes, ingredients, or décor - it's built on people.  Great food get's people in the door. Great people make them come back. The real secret isnt the menu, it's the team that shows up, cares a lot, laughs a little, and somehow makes it all work.  I am rediculously proud of the people behind the plates, the smiles, and the magic!"
